The two things I am most passionate about are International Relations, and Economics.
I have a couple of ideas about my 15% project:
1. Tesla Coil- that will be able to produce 6-10 inch arcs (depending on the power of purchased transformer)
2. A Rail Gun capable of shooting peaces of tin foil
3. Many be as a possibility I've considered building a couple of small Lifters, that ionize air and (surprise) lift themselves up.
