My Big Idea: Learn How To Develop An iPad App

Goals: I have two goals for my 15% time project. My first goal is to learn how to code using the XCode application on my Mac computer. My second goal is to design an app that says “Hello World” on the home screen.

Background: After watching a few videos I found that I’m going to need to learn basic programming skills. I am also going to have to download an application called XCode.

Resources: The websites and tutorials listed below will teach me how to program a simple “Hello World” iPad app.

Reflection: Even though this is my first time working with Xcode I want to move quickly so that I can develop my “Hello World” before I finish the year.
