After researching and thoroughly studying my project, I have come to many conclusions that will help me build the best Hockey Stick Clock possible. First of all, I have calculated the measurements of the sticks and pucks and I have made the actual clock dimensions. I have put together a list of materials that will help me finish the clock. I am still collecting broken sticks but I have enough so far that I can start the project soon.
I have learned many things thus far researching my project. I now know the measurements and the dimensions of hockey sticks, pucks, and the dimensions of my clock. I have learned how to cut my materials and I know the tools I need to cut the sticks and pucks. It has been very interesting and fun learning about a design that I had no idea about three weeks ago.
The hardest part about this project is going to be building the clock. I have found a reliable and certified cite which demonstrates how to make the clock. I will use these directions as the basics to making my clock and make changes as needed. I am hoping to have a center puck in the clock with four pucks which will serve as 12,3,6,9 on the clock. I am also planning on making a pattern with the different stick designs to make the clock look sharp and official.
I have designed the procedure for building the frame and already have some of the materials I'm going to use. I estimate that this project will take quite a while to put together because it is going to take time to glue and for me to cut all of the dimensions. I am also working on getting
some of the parts that I do not have access to right now.
I am very excited about building the clock and can't wait to see the final design. It is going to be a
tedious task but it is going to take precision and patience. I can't wait to get started!
