Journal Entry week 4

So far I haven't learned much about the actual electronics and how to put together a guitar but I have learn more about the process itself. In order to make our projects reality there would have to be many tools involved and a long and complex process in equipping all the parts along with the electronics. Pieces would have to be wired and soldered, and there would need to be some delicate and long woodworking. We've taken measurements of a guitar so that we can base our design off of a different guitar since it is both of our first time doing anything like this.

The problem with. Trying to build a guitar is that it is a very long and complicated process. Not only do you have to do hard woodwork, but you have to install electronics and hardware. If we did this we would be going at it with no prior knowledge on how to do it and only instructions that may only be reliable in a different situation or not at all. So instead of building a guitar from scratch e may just buy a guitar kit that is much cheaper than building from scratch, requires far less tools, and focuses more on the engineering part of making a guitar (electronics and building).
