Journal Entry Week 6

This week, we have gotten a better idea of what exactly we need. We have identified what we're going to order to accomplish what we want as a final product. For painting we're going to need Borax and paints. We also have decided which guitar kit we want to order.
Our next steps is to find out exactly what kind of paints we need and any primers that have to go on the wood. We're going to create a list of all of the materials (guitar kit, Borax, paint, primers, etc.) and their costs. Also, since the type of paint job we've decided to do is a longer more complicated process than usual and requires different materials and ingredients, we're going to do a lot of research on how to do it. For painting the body of the guitar we need a large tub that will be filled with water, and a way to heat the water to a specific temperature. Then a specific amount per gallon of water of borax has to be added. It is a process that we will have to test and do multiple trials to get just right.
