Journal entry week 8

Currently I am still working on a model design for the sunshine skyway. I have hit some bumps in the road, but I am working on a scale now. The scale for my project is key, I have decided to buil a model of my model to help myself understand the structure and size I want the bridge to be. Through this I will be able to create a bridge with all structure built to the same scale.

I have thought of some new ideas for the bridge and material use, mostly material usage. I will use cement to form the majority of. The bridge and steel wire for the supports. I have also decided to only do the part of the bridge with the towers located in the center of the bridge.

Hopefully this will all work as planned but if not I will need to think of new ideas. I also need to work one the conversions from the metric system. Because the bridge is located in America, the height is listed in ft. I think it will be more helpful if I create my scale In meters.
